About Nihal
I'm a practising psychologist and teacher trainer with a postgraduate degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
Teaching Qualification: UGC NET Assistant Professorship in Psychology
I teach undergraduate courses at TISS training centres, conduct workshops and professional development sessions in schools and colleges with both teachers and students.

My teaching method is learner centric. I work at the level of the student and construct knowledge and concepts at a pace that is challenging yet comfortable for the learner.
I begin with a needs assessment to explore learner difficulties and conceptual inaccuracies; then tailor-make a curriculum for the student.
My approach is largely active constructive (learning by doing) and I'm open to experiment with technology.
