Currently I am a assessor and I assess every student before teach anything and then accordingly I start from basics and my way of teaching is totally based on layman language.To put something in layman's terms is to describe a complex or technical issue using words and terms that the average individual (someone without professional training in the subject area) can understand, so that they may comprehend the issue to some degree.
In this way any student can perform well irrespective of his/her past performance.
Currently I am giving classes to higher secondary school students for science and math subject.

Personally I feel all students are same. We have to assess them in right way and then starts accordingly. And yes if location is too far then I will charge accordingly.
