About Harshitha

My name is Harshitha Shivakumar. I have a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and 1.5 years of job experience as a data scientist. Back in India, I used to give lessons in my leisure time. So, I've taught courses like math, science, and social studies to children of different ages am I’m deeply committed to providing a high-quality education to all of my students. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and it is my goal to help each student reach their full potential. In my classes, I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students can feel comfortable asking questions and taking risks. I use a variety of teaching methods and strategies to engage and challenge my students, and I am always looking for new ways to make learning exciting and relevant. I am eager to get to know each of you and to work together to achieve our academic goals.

About the lesson

My approach to tutoring is student-centered and focused on understanding the learning style and pace of each student. I start by assessing their current knowledge and understanding of the subject and then work with them to create a customized lesson plan. I believe in using interactive methods such as examples, real-life situations, and hands-on activities to help students understand complex concepts. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate in the learning process. I also regularly assess their progress and adjust my teaching methods as needed to ensure they are comfortable and confident in the material. My goal is to foster a positive and supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
