About Roger
I consider myself a consumate professional who has been tried, tested and successful in over 35 years in industry and the military.
I have translated all the expereince gained thereof then and now in various part-time and full-time roles in education during that time. I am thus able to apply real-world experience and diverse knowledge in the classroom and through the Web utilizing many modern content delivery platforms and teachning methodologies.
I can therefore assure prospective students I will always endeavor to create the best possible learning environment and experience I can by ensureing all feel and are included, valued, and successful.

My typical (but shortened) algebra lesson plan is as follows:
1) Master fundamental calculations with real numbers
2) Understand operations on ratios and proportions.
3) Understand the rectangular coordinate system and
graphs of equations.
4) Learn how to factor polynomials and rational expressions.
5) Become proficient in solving different types of equations and inequalities,
along with the graphing method.
6) Comprehend the core types and concepts of functions.
7) Learn how to solve a system of linear equations.
