About Montserrat
Hello! I have a degree in physiotherapy and nutrition, I graduated from the École Nationale de Cirque in Montreal with a specialty in handbalancing (balance in hands, bridge pine).
I have more than 10 years practicing ashtanga, vinyasa and bikram yoga in different cities of the world like San Diego, Montreal, New York, Los Angeles, Mexico and Madrid with super recognized teachers like Viswanath MasterJi, Dharma Mittra, Kino Mcgregor, Amado Cavazos and Briohny Smyth.

I love to follow the traditional ashtanga series and from there create vinyasa sequences and variations.
My expertise is inversions and the handstand where I can teach you many tricks to get balance and float from posture to posture.
My classes are fluent, I focus a lot on transitions, ujjayi breathing and bandhas work. If you are looking to achieve advanced postures and have an intense yoga practice, I can help you!
