About Julianna
"Holding an Artist Diploma in Violin Performance from New England Conservatory provides the technical framework for my instruction. 7 years of instruction allow me to mentor nervous beginners and advanced candidates alike. I focus heavily on spiccato and staccato bowing along with precise intonation.
Classical repertoire studies occupy much of our time. Proper posture and hold remain critical for long-term progress. We also dedicate time to scales and arpeggios for finger dexterity. Ear training and rhythm drills complete the regimen."

"Stiff wrists and poor bow distribution often ruin a beautiful melody before it starts. My training ensures that your physical alignment supports the weight of the bow across every string.
I utilize custom scale and etude sheets for each student to solidify technical foundations. 7 years of teaching experience informs how I break down complex rhythmic passages into manageable segments.
