About Laylo
I am a lifelong practicing artist, with knowledge spanning across a myriad of artistic mediums and creative techniques. I find purpose in helping others access the catharsis and alignment that occurs when we are able to express ourselves authentically through art, music and writing. Many are told that if they are not "good enough" at the arts, they should not even try. I believe that the arts are for everyone, regardless of skill level, and that the creative process is extremely therapeutic!

I believe that learning happens best when students are able to process information on multiple levels. The use of visual learning, individualized exercises, imagination catalysts, and creative prompts has created for magnificent results in accessing both the creative self and new artistic skills. Perhaps the most important, though, is having fun, and being silly with it!
