About Avik

Hello, this is Avik! I play the violin and drums, and I am currently learning tabla. I spend most of my time reading books, watching movies, or practicing music. I have been selected to play in the prestigious Indo-European Orchestral Concert this August in Budapest, Hungary. I know how daunting it can be to be able to play the violin. However, with the right amount of theoretical and practical knowledge, you can accomplish it relatively quickly. Join me as I help you play one of the most brilliant instruments ever to have been invented in the western world.

About the lesson

It is said that the violin is a complex instrument to master. I respectfully disagree. A little bit of consistency is all that is needed to learn how to play it.
With me on the other side of the screen, students will have complete freedom to determine the pace of the lessons.
I will be present to provide guidance and the right amount of motivation.

Perfect! Absolutely incredible teacher and violinist. Very patient very intuitive and extremely helpful. I started relearning after 10+years and Avik sir helped ease into the process and make me enjoy playing the violin for the first time. Do not think twice, he is hands down the most involved, encouraging and brilliant teacher. I can finally read musical notes and play the violin well without feeling discouraged. Best Violin teacher one can have.
