About Allison

I have worked in urban , private and Charter school systems. All these schools have different educational models, parent involvement, resources, and student requirements which have equipped me with a variety of teaching skills, experiences, as well as classroom and time management strategies . Along with the students I teach,I am constantly changing and growing as an educator. Every day there seems to be something you learn and apply to improve improve your classroom, learning environment, and overall culture and climate of the school.

About the lesson

Every single student is a unique individual and deserves to be taught according to their needs and learning style. I have a Masters degree in elementary education; certification grades 1-5
Masters degree in Art education -certification grades K-12. My degree is from Centenary College of La. I have had the privilege to obtained 7-8 years hands- on teaching experience in the classroom , teaching students of all ages, cultural backgrounds , socioeconomic levels, and with a variety of individual needs.
