As an Army Education Officer and Chief Operations Officer with over 20 years of leadership experience, I bring a unique perspective to leadership development that bridges military precision with practical business application. My journey began in the British Army as a Mechanical Engineer, where I served on operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Northern Ireland. After commissioning from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, I transferred to Educational and Training Services, where I've spent years refining the art and science of leadership development. In the civilian sector, I've transformed a regional veterans' charity into a national success story, supporting over 1,000 individuals through innovative community-based programmes. This experience has given me firsthand insight into scaling operations while maintaining quality—a challenge familiar to leaders across all sectors. My approach to leadership development is both structured and adaptable. I believe that effective leadership can be taught through a combination of time-tested principles and personalised application.
