About Sandile
I am a senior lecturer at Rosebank College I have almost over 2 years’ experience in lecturing students in Construction and Engineering drafting at the College. I have 3 years’ experience working in an Architectural Office as a Architectural Technologist. I have two Degrees one in Applied Design ( Architecture) one in Construction Management.

My teach methods basically involve a way of having both teacher centered and learner centered environment this allows for conversations to happen between teacher and learner as both methods really align to being an interactive space. Involving mastering content as well as being able to feel and relate to certain situations that may be found in the material. Finally the process of which i use to lecture is a scaffolding affect where first time students with in lets say Architecture need to be able understand the hand drawing aspect to computer drawing aspect as well incorporating design aspects from hand to computer drawing. This allows student to really think outside the box. In Architecture there is saying that some say is that " You do not design on computer but rather you design on paper".
