About Maryam
My name is Maryam. I am a native Arabic speaker and a teacher of Arabic language and Sharia (Islamic studies).
I have been teaching for [5 years], and I hold I have several years of experience teaching Arabic and Islamic studies to students of different ages and levels, and I continue to develop my own knowledge through study and reading.
. Over these years I have worked with children, teenagers and adults, with complete beginners as well as advanced students, and with non-native speakers who started from zero and can now read and speak Arabic with real confidence.
Teaching is not a side activity for me: it is the work I chose, and I prepare every lesson carefully before meeting my student. I am patient, organized and punctual, and I always explain a point again in a different way until it becomes clear — because I refuse to move forward while something is still confusing.
There are two things I care about in every student: understanding rather than memorizing, and steady progress that can be seen. That is why I keep a clear plan for each learner, follow their level week by week, and treat every student with respect and encouragement, whatever their age or starting point.
My students often tell me that my lessons feel calm and clear, and that they finally understand what they used to find difficult. I would be glad to help you do the same.

My name is Maryam, and I teach Arabic language and Sharia (Islamic studies) online, one-on-one and in small groups.
My approach is simple: I start from your level, not from a fixed program. In the first lesson we define your goal — reading and writing, conversation, grammar, Quran recitation, or the basics of Islamic studies — and then I build a clear plan around it.
Every lesson lasts 45 to 60 minutes and follows the same structure: a short review of the previous lesson, one new concept explained in a simple way, and then the student practices with me while I correct gently and immediately. After each session I send a short summary and a small homework task, so progress stays visible and steady.
I am a native Arabic speaker with [5 years] of experience teaching Arabic and Islamic studies, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sharia · an Ijaza in Quran recitation and a degree in Arabic Language and Literature
]. I teach children, teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to advanced learners, including non-native speakers who want to read, speak and understand Arabic with confidence.
I teach online via webcam, using screen sharing, an interactive whiteboard and simple visual materials. My lessons are patient, structured and adapted to each student, because I believe real progress comes from understanding — not from memorizing.
