My name is Razan AL Rammal, and I’m passionate about helping young children build a strong foundation in Arabic language and Quran reading in a way that is fun, structured, and spiritually enriching. With years of experience teaching children aged 5 to 10, I understand how important it is to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive at their own pace. My approach is gentle and encouraging, combining traditional learning (such as Noorani Qaida and Tajweed) with modern teaching techniques, visuals, and interactive activities — so your child doesn’t just learn, but enjoys the process! I can work with students across Canada and internationally through online sessions, and I offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. About the lesson

My teaching method is rooted in engagement, repetition, and visual learning. For Quran reading, I use a phonics-based approach, starting with Noorani Qaida or Qaida Baghdadiya, progressing to simple surahs and basic tajweed rules. For Arabic conversation, I focus on day-to-day vocabulary, greetings, and sentence formation using stories, games, flashcards, and songs. Every lesson is interactive and includes revision, so children can build confidence at their own pace. - Typical Lesson Plan (for a 45–60 min session): Warm-Up / Review (5–10 mins) - Quick revision of previous lesson using oral quiz, flashcards or a game. - New Material (20–30 mins) - For Quran: Learn new letters/sounds/surahs - For Arabic: New theme (e.g., family, colors, food) + simple sentences - Practice & Engagement (10–15 mins) Reading aloud, short conversation practice, or interactive activities. - Wrap-Up / Homework (5 mins) Recap key takeaways, assign a short reading or practice task.
