About April
I am a 19-year-old girl from Moncton, NB.
I graduated high school with a 97% and I currently attend Queen's University Health Sciences program which has a 3% acceptance rate.
However, learning was always very difficult for me. I struggled my entire life with severe dyslexia and ADHD, so I completely understand how difficult it can be to learn.
I was able to learn a lot on my own and become very successful academically, so I now love to tutor students to be able to do the same, no matter the setbacks or challenges they face.

- I teach in a kind, intriguing, uplifting, and fun way, while also staying very focused and on track.
- Typical Lesson Plan: Explain concepts/reasoning, demonstrate different ways to solve the problem, find the best way, practice problems with student, and give lots of extra practice questions.
- What sets me apart: I take a very personal approach to tutoring. I am very strong socially, and really take into account how each person learns. I am able to shape my tutoring approach and methods of teaching exactly to how the student works best.
