About Ankita

I am Ankita Vashist — an educator, a lifelong learner, and a person who believes that knowledge becomes meaningful when it reaches others.

I want to connect with people from different cultures, learn from their experiences, and contribute something meaningful through my own.

I don’t want my identity to be limited to a designation or a profession. I want to grow as a person, explore the world, communicate freely, and use my abilities to make a positive difference.

I may not know exactly where this journey will lead me, but I know that I want my work to have meaning, my life to have freedom, and my knowledge to create connections beyond borders.

About the lesson

I am an MD-qualified Ayurveda educator specialising in Dravyaguna Vigyana, with extensive experience in higher education, student mentoring, academic teaching, and the practical study of medicinal plants.

I help students and curious learners understand medicinal plants and traditional medicine in a clear, engaging, and practical way
