About Elsa

I am a friendly, reliable graduate with a knack for essay writing and exam preparation. I draw upon my studies (Art History at the University St Andrews), and my private tutoring and classroom work with the British Council auxiliary programme. At school, I achieved A grades in all my Higher and Advanced Higher exams, and can adapt my approach to suit ages 10 and above.

About the lesson

I give one-on-one lessons to both school-aged students and adults. When providing support for classwork, portfolio or exam preparation, my approach is led by the needs of the student. I establish the areas that require our concentration, and work together with the student to strengthen these.

Perfect! My son has only had 2 lessons so far but he seems very happy and motivated to work with Elsa and to produce Higher English and Modern Studies homework for her to look over. The advice given already has him trying to broaden his thinking.
I’ve found it a pleasant and easy experience to communicate with Elsa. She replies to my messages quickly and is very accommodating, polite and friendly. Thank you very much.
