About Ruaidhri

With a BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Level 5 in Human Resource Management, Level 7 in Employment Law and Level 7 in Leadership and Management (equivalent to a master's) I have a comprehensive understanding of the full implementation and ongoing continuous improvement through HR strategic planning, Operational planning, quarterly reporting, building rapport/ relationships/ trust and confidence with employees and management. I hold 4 years operating at a senior & leading level and 9 years overall HR experience and my expertise covers both theoretical and technical aspects in all ranges of HR in a variety of sectors along with Healthcare such as IT, Hospitality, Financial Services, Sales, Education, Retail and more. My experience also covers learning, development, coaching & mentoring along with and teaching, public speaking on HR areas and business development. I am both an associate CIPD member and a CIPD committee member currently implementing both the Member to Member Mentoring Scheme and the Independent business consultant steering group. About the lesson

This can range from theoretical approaches, interactive or engagement sessions, or practical approach. These would be online sessions based and tailored to your needs
