About Ramya
I am a passionate and experienced educator with 8 years of experience in teaching, academic leadership, curriculum development and student mentoring. I have worked across IB, Cambridge and CBSE educational settings and have a strong interest in helping students become confident, curious and independent learners. I am patient, approachable and committed to adapting my teaching to each student's individual needs, strengths and learning pace. I use an enquiry-based, student-centred and experiential approach that makes learning engaging and meaningful. My lessons combine discussion, questioning, real-world examples, activities, practice and personalised feedback rather than rote memorisation. I have 8 years of experience in education, with experience across IB, Cambridge and CBSE curricula. I teach English, Social Studies, academic skills and public speaking to primary and secondary learners. Lessons are typically 60 minutes, tailored to each learner's level, learning goals and pace.
