About Marnix
Since I was 12, I have been offering to help people who can't figure out a problem on the computer. A computer that suddenly doesn't turn on anymore, data recoveries and water damage repairs to the design and building of a PC case. I've done it all and can and would like to tell you more about it. I have extensive professional experience in solving a variety of software and hardware problems. If a customers ask me something, or doesn't understand something, I take great pleasure in investigating the source of the problem, letting the customer understand it for themselves and solving the problem together.

Getting the right answer by yourself is the best way to learn. I offer basic knowledge about how to diagnose a problem. "Is it the computer? The program or the user?" I ask the most questions and give information about the problem. I let the students think and give them a chance to come up with answers themselves.
