My teaching methods are diligent, precise, and are with great detail. Through my teachings, students will understand step-by-step exactly how each pose will strengthen mind, body and soul. Each class begins with a meditation corresponding to the specific intention interlaced with said practice. Reminder: this is YOUR practice! I am just merely an extension of all which you already know.
