About Emily

I am very passionate about learning, but I do understand that not every teacher is suited to every student.
I am adaptable, friendly, flexible and supportive.
After the first two (free) sessions, I come up with a weekly plan alongside you, where each week will focus on a different aspect of your course.
I can help with many subjects up to GCSE and art all the way through to A level.
GCSE- English, Maths, Science (biology, chemistry and physics), RS/RE, Art, Geography, French

I love to teach, but I am currently unable to take my teaching qualifications due to personal circumstances.

About the lesson

I work face to face or online. I work with your skills- building up what you already have and improving areas of weakness. I don’t work in a very traditional way- my lessons will depend on you. I tailor the lessons to fit your style and to your learning style. If you hate writing, I’ll show you how you can make it easier. If you don’t understand poetry, I’ll break it up to the simplest terms.
I use my own work from my GCSEs and A Levels as examples. I teach about quality over quantity, originality over copycat.
