About Amaya

I am a Physics tutor with more than 4 years of experience and an MSc in Applied Physics. My work focuses on guiding students through optics and wave-related topics, including light, sound, and electromagnetic phenomena. These areas can feel abstract, but with the right strategies, they become accessible and deeply engaging. Ray tracing, interference, and diffraction are central to my teaching. I provide students with visual frameworks and practical exercises that bring these concepts to life. My goal is always to build confidence as much as competence. In recent years, I have supported learners specializing in photonics, telecommunications, and imaging sciences. By connecting wave principles to real technologies, I help them prepare for both exams and future I am a Math tutor with over 4 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics for Data Science. I help middle school students strengthen foundational algebra skills. My lessons focus on linear equations, polynomials, and basic functions. I use step-by-step problem-solving, real-life examples, and fun puzzles. I understand different learning styles and adapt accordingly. Many students come to me anxious about math. I focus on building confidence through clarity and practice. My lessons are interactive, encouraging questions and discussion. I make algebra relatable by connecting concepts to everyday life.
