About Krisjanis
I am a 3rd year MEng Aerospace Engineering student in the University of Sheffield now with a few months of online tutoring and mentoring experience mainly teaching pupils in years 9-11, but not limited to it. I have prepared several students for GCSE maths AQA platform exam for both higher and foundation tiers.

As in my opinion the most efficient and reliable way to learn maths and improve the ability to solve different math problems is by going through many examples, therefore in my sessions we will focus on applying a before introduced method/concept to solve different problems. Regarding physics, the sessions will still be focused on problem solving, but it might require a longer introduction of the physics concept, as it is very important to first fully understand the actual concept before trying to apply any equations. That way we will be building the confidence of problem solving, while gradually learning more difficult concepts.
My tutoring methods will ultimately adapt to find the best way for the individual to communicate the ideas not be forgotten right after the session and that would help to build a strong foundational knowledge, understanding of problems, which would strengthen the overall knowledge.
