About Sameel
I want to teach because I believe education is one of the most powerful ways to inspire change and unlock potential. My experience as an engineer taught me the value of creativity, problem-solving, and perseverance, and I want to share those lessons with students in a way that excites and empowers them. Teaching is deeply fulfilling for me because it allows me to guide young minds, spark curiosity, and see students grow in confidence and ability. Knowing I’ve helped shape their journey is more rewarding than any professional success I’ve had in the industry.

I am an Aerospace Engineering graduate with proven proficiency in mathematics. My services are for GCSE level for students in year 9-11. The duration of my lesson is 1 hour and consists of 1-2 topics per lesson (depending on the size of the topic) with a brief 15-minute introduction where I work through examples showing the student exactly what they need to do to answer all questions within the topic. This is then followed by 45 minutes of independent work where the student answers a sufficient amount of technically challenging questions. Through this period the student is free to ask questions when they please. Additional resources are provided for the student to complete in their own time to cement what they’ve learnt.
