Often having a second opinion or outside insight helps one to look at the situation from a different angle resulting in perhaps a better way of handling conflict.

Therefore each individual will have the opposite to describe the conflict they are dealing with and I will then do my very best to help offer a supportive while still fair opinion and advice. As well as what steps I personally believe would be appropriate in moving forward and handling the situation.
