About Skye
I am a dedicated Singing tutor with 14 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I have successfully taught over 250 students, guiding them to improve their vocal technique, musical understanding, and stage presence. My teaching philosophy is based on patience, motivation, and personalised guidance, ensuring that every student’s lessons are effective and enjoyable.
I emphasise vocal training, pitch accuracy, breath control, tone quality, and expressive performance. I encourage students to explore different musical styles and experiment with their voices, fostering creativity along with technical skill. Many students have performed in concerts, competitions, and college events, showcasing the progress they make under my guidance.
Along with singing, I include music theory and ear training in lessons to give students a well-rounded musical education. I aim to create a positive and encouraging environment, helping students build confidence and enjoy the process of learning.
My goal is to help students develop their unique voice, perform with confidence, and enjoy music for life. I believe that every student has potential, and I am committed to helping them achieve it through engaging and tailored lessons.

I focus on personalised singing lessons that adapt to the way each student learns best. Some respond to demonstration, others to hands-on practice or written exercises, and I adjust lessons to ensure the student thrives. Creativity is encouraged through exploring different genres, improvising, and experimenting with techniques. Diplomacy is key in my teaching—I deliver constructive feedback in a positive and supportive way, fostering growth without pressure.
In addition to singing, I cover music theory, sight-reading, ear training, rhythm, vocal health, and performance preparation. Students also learn interpretation, stage presence, and audience connection. This combination ensures they develop technical skills while expressing emotions through their voice. My lessons are structured yet flexible, balancing skill-building with creative freedom.
Whether the student aims to perform professionally or sing for pleasure, my approach nurtures confidence, musical growth, and a deep connection to music.
