About Idil
I have been a yogi for over 10 years, but Advaita Yoga changed my approach to Yoga and my body. Now I would like to share this practice with you.
Just like our body, our face has over 50 muscles and these muscles need to be exercised and relaxed to age well. When we do facial yoga regularly, not only do we see a transformation in our face, but we also start to feel better with this time that we dedicate to ourselves.

The philosophy behind Advaita Yoga is that each body is a yoga body and each body has its peculiarity.
An Advaita yoga class has 10 minutes of breathing practice, 40 minutes of movement, and 10 minutes of meditation. I am a certified Advaita Yoga trainer.
Face yoga includes relaxation, upper and lower face yoga, face lift massage, and acupressure. I am a Daniella Collins Face Yoga trainer.
