About Tia

I use practice exams, such as the STAAR test, to give students exposure to real, test-style questions. This class is suitable for all learners—whether you’re reviewing old material or aiming to get ahead. I’m especially skilled at explaining Algebra I concepts in a clear, simple way that makes learning easier. Each lesson includes a warm-up, a quick review, 2–3 new topics, and a short practice test. To reinforce the material, I assign a brief three-question homework at the end of each session.
