I am an accountant who has been tutoring for about 4 years now. My aim is to produce successful academics and future leaders. My students have managed to achieve excellent grades, and with my mentoring, I have been able to put them on the right path towards success.

I start my classes by outlining the learning outcomes, then find out if the students have any knowledge of the topic. If they are familiar or know a comfortable lot about the subject, then I just highlight the important parts and give them an assessment to confirm that they grasp the info. On the other hand, if they don't have any prior knowledge, then I teach from the start with lots of examples and give a test at the end of the session.
