About Joshua
I believe learning is for everyone, but everyone learns in their own way. Some people learn best by reading, others by practicing, asking questions, experimenting, or even making a few mistakes along the way. For me, learning is not about being overly serious—it’s about being curious, enjoying the process, and finding a way that works.
I’m naturally curious and enjoy learning new things, especially when I can approach them creatively. I also like finding different ways to solve a problem or reach a goal. If the usual way doesn’t work, I’ll probably try another way—and maybe another one after that!
As a tutor, I want to bring that same mindset to my lessons. I want learning to feel comfortable, practical, and enjoyable, while still making sure you genuinely understand what you’re learning. Whether you’re struggling with accounting, figuring out an Excel formula, or learning a new software, we’ll find an approach that works for you.
And don’t worry—I’m not here to make learning feel like another exam. Let’s learn, experiment, and figure things out together!

I believe the best way to learn is to understand the “why” behind each concept and then apply it through practical examples and exercises.
My lessons are structured around your learning goals and current level. We typically begin with a quick review of what you already know, followed by a clear explanation of the topic, guided examples, hands-on practice, and a short recap to make sure you understand the key concepts.
What sets me apart is my combination of an Accountancy background and real-world experience as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant. I can connect accounting concepts with practical tools such as Excel, SAP Business One, Xero, and QuickBooks, making lessons more relevant to actual workplace situations.
My lessons are suitable for accounting students, beginners, college-level learners, and professionals who want to strengthen their accounting, spreadsheet, presentation, or accounting software skills. I adapt my teaching style to your pace and focus on helping you become confident and independent in applying what you learn.
