My strategy for teaching is very different; I firmly believe in the blindfold technique, which allows students to visualize concepts and retain them forever. I think understanding my students and their learning needs is the cornerstone of every effective teaching strategy. I have to discover their learning barriers and what motivates them.
To quickly cover them:
Formative assessments enable me to determine whether students are currently having difficulty with a subject. To better suit the needs of the students, this then directs and modifies our education throughout the lesson.
