About Tayara
With 13 years of ESL teaching experience, I have guided 150-200 high school and college students to improve their English skills and gain confidence in communication.
My teaching approach is interactive and student-centred. I use real-life examples, exercises, and discussions to make lessons meaningful and enjoyable. I aim to help students express themselves clearly while building strong language skills.
Watching students improve academically, speak confidently, and achieve their goals has been incredibly rewarding. These milestones inspire me to continue making a positive impact in every student’s learning journey.
I create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel motivated to learn and grow. Teaching ESL is more than a profession—it is my passion.

My teaching methodology is practical, engaging, and student-centred. I use real-life examples and case studies to help students connect English to everyday life, academic work, and professional situations. This approach ensures that students not only learn language rules but also how to communicate confidently and naturally.
I place great importance on motivation, encouraging students to set goals, stay curious, and celebrate their progress. I also focus on problem-solving, helping learners overcome challenges in reading, writing, listening, and speaking through practical exercises and guidance.
Integrity is central to my approach. I provide honest feedback, create a respectful and safe learning environment, and build trust with students. I also practise flexibility, tailoring lessons to each student’s pace, interests, and learning style.
Beyond ESL, I can teach related subjects such as communication skills, study strategies, and cultural awareness. My goal is to help students become confident, independent, and effective English users ready to communicate in real-life situations.
