About Henry
I'm Henry, a professional music producer, composer, artist and sound engineer based in London. I graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with First-Class Honours in Music Production, Performance & Industry, where I studied under internationally recognised drum & bass producer ROCKWELL.
My background in music began as a chorister at Wells Cathedral School, before achieving A*s in Music and Music Technology at A-Level, Grade 8 Piano and an ATCL vocal qualification with Distinction.
Since then, I've built experience across the professional music industry as a producer, composer, performer and sound engineer. I've worked on projects involving internationally recognised DJs and artists, film and television productions, major festivals and professional recording studios. My credits and experience include projects connected with Simon Cowell, Abbey Road Studios, Underworld, Jamiroquai, as well as engineering and production work in the UK and internationally.
I've worked at Metropolis Studios, including having my own music professionally mastered there, and music I've composed has recently been selected for professional orchestral recording at Abbey Road Studios.
I'm also an active electronic artist and producer, writing and releasing my own music and working directly with people across the modern music industry. This gives me a combination of formal conservatoire training, traditional musicianship and current, real-world production experience.
Above everything, I'm passionate about making music and helping other people discover how rewarding producing their own music can be. I'm approachable, patient and equally happy working with someone opening Logic for the first time as I am discussing detailed production techniques with an experienced musician.

I believe the best way to learn music production is by actually making music. My lessons are practical, creative and completely tailored to the individual, whether you've never opened Logic Pro before, you're studying Music Technology, or you're already producing and want to take your tracks to a more professional level.
Rather than following a rigid syllabus, we'll work around your musical taste, goals and current ability. We can build tracks together from scratch, work on your own productions, recreate techniques from songs you love, or focus on specific areas such as recording, synthesis, sampling, arrangement, mixing and mastering.
I specialise in Logic Pro and electronic music production, but can also help with songwriting, vocal production, recording, sound design, live electronic performance and developing a track from its initial idea through to a finished release.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged for students who want to get deeper into a project. I want students to understand not just what to do, but why something works, so that they eventually develop their own workflow, sound and creative confidence rather than simply copying mine.
I graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance with First-Class Honours in Music Production, Performance & Industry, having previously achieved A*s in both Music and Music Technology at A-Level. My musical background also includes Grade 8 Piano and extensive training as a vocalist and musician.
Alongside my academic training, I work professionally as a producer, composer, artist and sound engineer. My experience ranges from electronic and dance music to orchestral, film and live production. My music has been selected for professional orchestral recording at Abbey Road Studios, and I have worked across projects involving internationally recognised DJs, artists, studios and creative teams. My wider professional experience includes work connected with Metropolis Studios, Underworld, Jamiroquai, Fred Again, Simon Cowell, and major international music and film events.
This means I can also offer guidance beyond simply learning the software. For students interested in becoming artists or professional producers, we can cover preparing music for release, working with mixing and mastering engineers, distribution, artist development, live performance and how the professional music industry actually works.
