About Madison

I have 10+ years of experience in medical coding as well as billing and 2+ years of teaching experience. Along with my CPC and COC, I'm also a credentialed CPC-Instructor and an AAPC Licensed Education Provider.

I'm a firm believer in the power of mentorship - it helped get me to where I am today! I don't want to simply teach you a skill. I want to give you the opportunity to step into a meaningful career that I hope you'll enjoy and gain from for years to come. Finding medical coding was life-changing for me, and I want it to be for you, too!

About the lesson

Medical coding tutoring isn’t one-size-fits-all and mine never will be. Whether you’re stuck on E/M coding, struggling with modifiers, can’t wrap your head around operative reports, or need to shore up a specific section before your CPC exam, I build each session around your goals and work with you at every step in your medical coding journey.

Not sure where your gaps are? No problem. Your first one-on-one tutoring hour includes a complimentary skills assessment, which gives me a clear picture of where you’re strong and where you need the most support.

Looking for something a bit more budget-friendly and community-minded? I also host weekly study group sessions where you can come together with fellow students to share insights, work on practice drills, and get the support you need from me, at a fraction of the cost of private tutoring.

All sessions are conducted on Zoom, meaning I can work with you wherever you are! For private one-on-one sessions, I'm available Monday-Saturday. Study group sessions run every Monday and Thursday evening and Saturday morning.

Details

My hourly fee for private, one-on-one tutoring is $45. Your first paid tutoring session comes with a complimentary skills assessment that can be completed prior to your first session or saved for future practice.

Study group sessions are $20/hour.

You may request a 30 minute free session with me to meet and discuss your learning goals!
