About Chapman
As I close out my PhD studies, I have developed a unique mission. A math classroom should be fun and full of passion, and should make students better at using their brain in all areas of life.
My teaching philosophy is based on my 5 years of teaching experience at the university level, from college algebra all the way to vector calculus. I’ve taught it all, and I see that students need something different to help them reach their full potential.

Many students feel unprepared to tackle new, complex concepts. That’s where I step in! Together we can focus on learning math in a way that actually makes sense: becoming better thinkers and mastering new techniques along the way.
I focus primarily on college-level courses: the typical calculus sequence, as well as higher level courses like linear algebra, real and complex analysis, and more.
