About Paula
I am a certified instructor and forever a student of the Yoga path. I have completed the training in India and have received my 535-hour teacher's training. Originally I come from a dance and professional sports background, which has greatly influenced my approach to Yoga. My experiences have given me a deep understanding of the body's mechanics and the importance of correct alignment in Yoga practice. This knowledge allows me to guide the students safely and effectively, helping them to develop strength, flexibility, and balance.
My passion for meditation and Yoga has led me on a journey to discover the true potential of the soul and dive deeper into the body & mind connection.
As a meditation enthusiast, I believe in the power of silencing the mind and connecting with the inner self. I believe that every soul is unique and special, therefore requires a personalized approach to help it grow and nourish.

I am Paula, an experienced 535-hour teacher training certified Yoga Instructor, with a strong focus on Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. I am here to guide you on your journey towards physical strength, inner peace, and spiritual growth.
With detailed yet soft guidance, I will help you connect your mind, body, and spirit through this transformative practice. My approach to Yoga is focused on body alignment, building strength yet nurturing gentleness and playfulness on the mat. With my guidance, you will learn to move freely and meditatively, while focusing your mind on the sensations in your body.
My classes are always tailored to meet student's needs and goals. Upon request, we can together implement Yogic Philosophy, Kriya (body purification), Pranayama, Breathwork and Meditation into our practice.
