Perfect! Zoe leads an excellent yoga session, with clear cues, great demonstrations, and the right amount of corrections -- not too many that will interrupt the flow, but enough to get things right.
She also asks great questions to personalize her sessions to meet her client's needs. She designed a sequence for me that took into account my prior back problems, and I consequently felt no discomfort during the entire class, and felt great afterward.
I am looking forward to more sessions with Zoe.

Zoe is a very calm and kind teacher with a great energy, instructing clearly, very pleasant voice and a warm approach! Overall an amazing experience, very good for beginners and for more advance classes. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to add yoga to their life!

Zoe is an amazing yoga teacher, not only she will inspire you to get in touch with your body and what’s best for yourself but she also will give you the good energy you need for the day. She’s such an understanding and supportive teacher, Zoe will always remind you to listen to your body and not to do harm to it. I’ve had some difficulties with doing some yoga poses and she’s given me great alternatives so I don’t get injured and get the benefits of yoga. Just hearing Zoe’s voice lets you know that you’re in a safe space ️
