About Ramnikhil

I am currently a 4th year medical student who wants to specialize in allergy and immunology. So, I know exactly how difficult school can be, but also how fun it can be when you finally understand a hard concept or topic. I am also just a normal and simple student like you. I like to work out, make beats, watch NFL (I love the Ravens), cook, play basketball, run, and play chess. Oh, and I also love annoying my sister of course :). I truly believe teaching should be fun, and adaptive to each individual student. I have had many students who learn things differently and that is okay. Not everyone learns things the same way. It is our job as tutors, to make the student comfortable by adapting to their needs and learning methods. This is what truly separates me from other tutors.

About the lesson

I like to work with my students by creating a peaceful, engaging, funny, and interactive learning environment. Learning should be a pleasure to everyone and not be stressful. I usually spend the first session getting to know the student and making them comfortable with me. But to also find out their strengths, weaknesses, and ultimate goals for tutoring. What sets me apart from other tutors is how engaging and encouraging I am. I like to work with the pace of the individual student and not rush them. This ensures the student thoroughly learns the concept or topic and truly understands what it is that they are trying to learn. I like to use modern references, movies, books, and just about anything that will help anyone learn or remember something long term. My lessons are open to anyone and everyone and I can assure you, that you will leave every session feeling more knowledgeable than before :)
