About Tara

My name is Tara Ní Chionnaith, and I am currently studying German as my major in UCD. I have and always had a huge passion for German, and for languages in general, and I believe that they should be enjoyable to learn. I would like to spread this same attitude to students learning German in school, so that they don’t only feel like it’s a chore or just another bland school subject.

By having the opportunity to teach German, I get a reminder of why I chose to study it in the first place.

About the lesson

Casual, friendly and enjoyable approach towards improving German skills, personalised according to the needs of the student, supporting with homework, assignments, written & oral exams.

30 minute or 1 hour lesson by 4th year German undergraduate student in UCD, studying German for 8 years, spent 1 year abroad in Vienna, planning to become a secondary school language teacher
