About Grace
I am a current college student who has tutored on and off for the past few years. I have over a decade of advanced experience with science, especially ecology and the environment, and I love to share that knowledge. I have worked with all ages, but I have the most experience with those in middle and high school. As someone who has overcome learning disabilities, I have first-hand experience that the stereotypical schooling model doesn't work for everyone. Patience, understanding, and creative problem-solving are the tools that I use when tutoring. I also try to incorporate experiential learning when I can, and this lends itself well to my scientific background. My goal is for learners to not only know information but to understand it, too.
