About Jillian

For starters, I love to read and write! I have a passion for all things letters and words, and that shines through when working with clients.

It can be difficult to learn something new or be motivated to gain more knowledge on a topic when the person teaching you seems uninterested. I can ascertain that students will see my enthusiasm and adoration for the subjects I tutor.

With distance learning measures in place, it is especially challenging for younger students to stay engaged and on-task when they're not physically in school. I hope to make this aspect of online academics equally engaging and even more individualized than in-classroom instruction.

By using a gentle and supportive approach I hope to strengthen reading and writing fundementals and grow your student's confidence in those areas as well.

I have taken honors English, been an honor roll student, and have received a President's Award for Educational Excellence.
