I am a third-year biochemistry student at Uvic who loves chemistry! My goals after I get my degree are to spend some time getting lab work experience and then get a master's degree in whatever I find the most interesting!

I like to teach in a way that reflects how I wanted to be taught when I was in high school chemistry.
For myself, I found that the broad but important concepts were often lost in the fine details. Things would have been easier for me if I had a teacher who really made the concepts clear before jumping into actual calculations. I think that the details will come if the foundation is solid.
I try to apply this philosophy to all of my tutoring sessions.
