About Happy
I specialize in making intermediate Mathematics and Science (Grades 4–6) clear, engaging, and accessible. At this critical developmental stage, students transition to complex abstract concepts like fractions, decimals, ecosystems, and energy systems. My goal is to build strong foundational understanding through patience, structured logic, and interactive problem-solving. I help young learners conquer academic anxiety, build lasting confidence, and achieve excellent results.

My approach to teaching Mathematics is addressing gaps in prerequisite knowledge because I have identified that as a strong predictor of mathematics proficiency in later grades. Students can expect a lot of exercises to train basic skills. I do not lecture, I present lessons, emphasizing a dialogue-focused and collaborative exploration of concepts and possible applications. My goal is not for a child to be able to pass a Math test, it is instead, fluency in Mathematics as a language.
