I believe that learning should always be fun and educating at the same time. I make use of strategies that the learner will enjoy and learn from at the same time. It's also important to focus a lot on the basics of a language before going to deep into it. I make more use of assignments than tests because I believe that tests puts a person under pressure to know everything without even understanding whereas assignments helps the learner to apply and make use of what he or she has learned.
