My approach to teaching is putting myself in the shoes of the student. I remember what it was like learning the material for the first time or even just struggling with things I didn't fully comprehend. With that in mind, I encourage my students to ask questions as much as possible. I don't just lecture or give problems; I walk through the steps of each lesson with the student like we are both learning this for the first time.
