About Nicolas
I have been practicing TaeKwonDo for 15 years now. I am a 3rd Dan Kukkiwon Black Belt and I have been teaching at least once a week to my students of any age and any level of practice in my club for 5 years now. I also practiced English boxing thanks to one of my former professors who taught me the basics. During the 3 years of my bachelor in Exercise Science French boxing was my specialty at university.

3rd dan of Taekwondo instructor, I propose sessions of Taekwondo, Boxing (English and / or French) and / or Body Combat. I rely on my experience at the Dojang to provide a stimulating and enjoyable experience. The sessions are completely adapted to the level of the student. I can move around in Paris.
I propose you a session in 3 parts:
- a warm up to prepare the person with the session with dynamic stretching
- the session itself (strikes on target, sequences of shots, etc.) Adapted to the needs of the student
- a cooling down
