About Stavriana

Hi! I am Stavriana, and I am currently a 4th year medical student at the University of Cambridge! As an unconditional offer holder and a student of a Greek - Cypriot High School taking all the necessary medical exams out of the school environment, I have managed to deal with pressure very well as well as helping my fellows to do so. Through my 3A* A-Level results in Mathematics specialising in Statistics, Biology and Chemistry I appeared competent enough to participate in the International Biology Olympiad in 2022, offered a place to do so in the International Chemistry Olympiad in 2022, while receiving several awards in National Maths, Statistics and Physics Olympiads, Competitions and Projects. Having finished my 3rd at the University of Cambridge, having plenty of hours teaching UCAT and BMAT online and in person, as well as demonstrating Anatomy at 1st and 2nd year students at my university, I feel confident enough that I can convey my knowledge and skills forwards!

About the lesson

I would really like to introduce the student to a combination of traditional and modern teaching styles. Me and the student as a team we will get prepared to reach our main target: to learn how to think and explore the knowledge ourselves! Why this? Because this will empower our critical thinking something extremely vital in the Oxbridge Medical Interviews! Although anyone can request any teaching method, known or unknown! My lessons are offered to anyone applying for a Medical degree in the UK, especially those particularly interested in the Oxbridge applications. I can also offer lessons for A-levels in Maths, Chemistry, Biology! My university experience now allows me to assist any student needing help in understanding of any of the medicine university courses mentioned above!
