About Angona
I have just finished my A-level studies in maths, biology and chemistry with all predicted A* grades. I am going to study medicine in university this coming September. Tutoring is always something I very much enjoy and take immensely seriously. Helping students overcome the difficulties that I faced and achieve the best of the best is my ultimate aim. I am a student myself so I believe I understand any and every students' difficulties starting from not understanding content to struggling in exams and I am confidently able to help with both using my own revision strategies that I used to achieve 11A* at GCSE and all predicted A* at A-level. I am an experienced tutor as well, currently tutoring a 3 GCSE students and 1 a-level student in the sciences and maths. I can confidently assist all students from Year 1 up to A-levels. I believe, under my guidance, I will successfully able to draw up a plan to be able to achieve whatever goals the student may have weather that's just improving or achieving A*.

I have 2 main types of teaching methods: One is if the student wants complete assistance to achieve best in their exam. If this is the case, then I will make a list of everything that is being tested on and work through the list with student, making sure the student has understood the topic well enough to be able to succeed in exam questions while highlighting what exactly to write to get the marks during my explanations. Second is if the student just wants help with selective topics in which case I will help with how to achieve best in that particular topic. Of course we will work with as many topics the student would like or it can be a mix of the 2 situations explained above. I will cater the lessons in a way which will be most beneficial to the student themselves. I have my very own method to ensure that the student is attentively listening, actively understanding and ably reproducing embedded within my teaching.
