About Toni
Hi, my name is Toni, and I'm a first-year engineering student. I'm here to give students the help that they need to succeed at any level of school and to give them the confidence they need both in and out of the classroom. I understand what it is like to struggle in school and to feel hopeless that you'll never understand something, so I would like to remind you that you've made it this far, and that means that you're doing something right, even if you don't feel that way.

I like to go over what a student knows and doesn't know, so there is no confusion or lost time going over old material.
I also adapt my teaching style to the student, as I am aware that learning is not a one-size-fits-all situation but instead that every child needs a different approach to learning.
I like to start with a fun quiz or game for about 10 minutes to engage the student, and then I move on to the main lesson plan for 40 minutes. I then spend the last 10 minutes doing a quick review and answering any questions the student might have.
