About Aanu

I am a BSc Mathematics student at Greenwich University. I enjoy learning and teaching maths. I achieved high grades at GCSE and A levels and particularly enjoyed maths and statistics at school. I tutor students from KS3 to A level who have gone on to improve their grades and ace their exam. I focus not only on exam pass rates, but in building mathematical confidence so that you feel able to tackle challenging questions. I am relaxed and friendly and I enjoy helping people achieve their highest potential.

About the lesson

I use an intuitive/relaxed approach in which I guide the student to see the overall picture and then we figure out the detail. One challenge students often have is that mathematics can be abstract and the pieces don't fit together. I will help you see the connection between the different mathematical operations and why and how they are used. I will teach you to think mathematically so that you can start to spot patterns and see how the pieces work together. I will set up a structured study plan with you so you can study on your own and also learn with me. I will work through your curriculum from GCSE to A level so that you are confident in your mathematical ability as well as your chances of getting a high grade! I am currently studying Mathematics at Degree level. I teach KS3/ GCSE Mathematics. I teach AS level Mathematics I teach A level Mathematics. All lessons are offered remotely via zoom and an interactive liveboard. Group sessions also available.- contact me for details.
